Before establishing Pat Taylor and Associates, Inc. in 1992, Pat was a Trust & Estate Legal Assistant for an attorney in Washington, D.C. In 1990, Pat was asked to manage two legal placement agencies owned by the attorney for whom she was working. During her tenure, she recruited and placed attorneys and paralegals; maintained the financial records of both firms; handled corporate payroll; developed sales brochures; and managed day-to-day business activities. In her first year, sales increased by over 700%.
In 1992, Pat decided to venture out on her own, thus founding Pat Taylor and Associates, Inc. PTA, now PTA was created with the goal of providing the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area with a professional, yet personal, approach to staffing and professional services. Pat is fully dedicated to servicing the needs of her clients. Her unparalleled reputation for professionalism and integrity has given her name a special place in the legal community of Washington, DC.
